1-1 Virtual Consults
These consults are set up to address any concerns you have and create a plan that is specific to your needs. Additionally, for two weeks, you'll have continued access to me for questions related to your consultation, so you don't have to navigate your breastfeeding journey alone.
THE DETAILS MATTER: SEE YOUR OPTIONS BELOW
Every breastfeeding journey is unique, and you deserve personalized support that doesn't end when your appointment does. This 60-minute Comprehensive Lactation Consultation is designed to address any breastfeeding concern, from the first hours after birth through weaning. Whether you're experiencing latch difficulties, nipple pain, concerns about milk supply, pumping or bottle-feeding questions, returning to work, slow weight gain, oversupply, or simply want reassurance that things are going well, we'll work together to identify the root cause and create an evidence-based plan tailored to your family's goals.
During your consultation, we'll complete a thorough assessment of your concerns, develop a personalized feeding plan, and discuss practical, evidence-based recommendations that fit your family's needs. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions and leave with the confidence to move forward.
Every consultation also includes 2 weeks of secure follow-up messaging. Breastfeeding questions often come up after your appointment as you begin putting your plan into practice. For two weeks, you'll have continued access to me for questions related to your consultation, so you don't have to navigate your breastfeeding journey alone.
My goal is for you to leave your appointment feeling informed, supported, and confident—not overwhelmed.

Consultation length: 60 minutes.
Sometimes you don't need a full hour—you just need answers to one specific question. This 30-minute Focused Lactation Consultation is designed for families with a single breastfeeding concern that can reasonably be addressed within a shorter visit. These appointments are ideal for topics such as pumping questions, bottle feeding, flange sizing, returning to work, introducing solids, weaning, milk storage, oversupply, or other straightforward concerns that don't require a comprehensive feeding assessment.
Because this appointment is limited to 30 minutes, we'll focus on one primary concern to ensure we have enough time to provide thoughtful, individualized recommendations. If additional concerns arise during your visit or your situation requires a more in-depth assessment, I may recommend scheduling a Comprehensive Lactation Consultation so you receive the time and support your family deserves.
Every consultation also includes 2 weeks of secure follow-up messaging for questions related to the concern we addressed during your appointment. Breastfeeding questions often come up after your visit as you begin putting your plan into practice, and I'm here to continue supporting you. If you're unsure whether your concerns are appropriate for a Focused Lactation Consultation, please don't hesitate to reach out before booking. My goal is to help you choose the appointment that best meets your needs so you leave feeling informed, supported, and confident.
Consultation Length: 25 minutes.
Your breastfeeding journey doesn't end after one appointment, and neither does my support. This 30-minute Follow-Up Lactation Consultation is designed for established patients who have completed a consultation with me within the past 2 months. Because I'm already familiar with your history, feeding goals, and previous care plan, we can spend our time checking your progress, answering new questions, making adjustments to your feeding plan, and continuing to work toward your breastfeeding goals as your baby grows and feeding needs change.
Every consultation also includes 2 weeks of secure follow-up messaging for questions related to your ongoing care. As you continue implementing your feeding plan, I'm here to provide guidance, reassurance, and support along the way.
This appointment is reserved for families I have seen within the last 2 months. If it has been longer than 2 months since your last visit, or if you have a new breastfeeding concern that requires a more comprehensive assessment, please schedule a Comprehensive Lactation Consultation so we have the time needed to fully evaluate your concerns. My goal is to continue supporting you throughout your breastfeeding journey, helping you adapt with confidence as your baby's needs—and your confidence—continue to grow.
Consultation Length: 25 minutes.
Sometimes breastfeeding concerns simply can't wait for the next available appointment. If you're experiencing a sudden feeding challenge and need prompt guidance, this priority consultation is designed to provide timely, evidence-based support when you need it most.
This 60-minute consultation is ideal for concerns such as severe latch pain, a baby who is refusing to nurse, concerns about milk transfer, a sudden drop in milk supply, engorgement, plugged ducts, pumping concerns that require immediate guidance, or other time-sensitive breastfeeding issues. You'll receive the same comprehensive assessment, individualized recommendations, personalized care plan, and compassionate support as my Comprehensive Lactation Consultation.
Every consultation also includes 2 weeks of secure follow-up messaging so you have continued guidance and support as you put your care plan into practice.
Because these appointments are reserved for time-sensitive concerns, they cannot be scheduled through online booking. To request an appointment, please send a message through my patient portal. I will respond within 24 hours to coordinate a time that works for both of us, and my goal is to see you within 48 hours of your request whenever possible. If your concern can safely wait for the next available appointment, I encourage you to schedule a Comprehensive Lactation Consultation so these priority appointments remain available for families who need more immediate support.

Consultation Length: 55 minutes.
Preparing for breastfeeding before your baby arrives is one of the best investments you can make for your feeding journey. This 60-minute Prenatal Breastfeeding Consultation is designed to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared for those first days with your baby. Together, we'll discuss what to realistically expect after birth, how milk production works, recognizing a deep latch, feeding cues, positioning, hand expression, what is normal (and what isn't), pumping, returning to work, and practical strategies to help you avoid many of the common challenges that can make breastfeeding feel overwhelming.
This session is also an opportunity to discuss your medical history, previous breastfeeding experiences, and any questions or concerns you have before delivery so we can create a plan tailored to your individual goals. Whether you're preparing to breastfeed for the first time or welcoming another baby, you'll leave with evidence-based information, practical strategies, and the confidence to begin your breastfeeding journey.
Every consultation also includes 2 weeks of secure follow-up messaging so you can ask questions as you prepare for your baby's arrival or as you begin putting what you've learned into practice after delivery. Once your baby arrives, we can schedule a follow-up visit to check your progress, address any new concerns, and make sure you and your baby are off to a great start.
My goal is to help you begin your breastfeeding journey with knowledge instead of fear, so you can spend those first precious days focused on your baby with confidence and support.
