This feeding tracker is my preferred way to log feeds. The tracker allows you freedom from watching the clock, yet provides you with the necessary information to help you see your progress throughout the day. You will track 8-12+ feeds as well as keep track of wet and dirty diapers. This method is preferred over any sort of "timing" method.
